Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products. All sales are final, products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. If you believe there is a manufacturing error on your product, notify us within 10 days of receiving your item for an exchange. 

Please ensure all products are ordered correctly, as we are only able to make changes before they are shipped out 

Delivery and Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. They are only
estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to the shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service selected.
